Lesson 2: Beauty Starts from the Inside

Ok, let me give you a tiny anatomy lesson and it’s probably something you’ve never thought about. I may get a little technical for a second, but stick with me because I promise you by the end of this presentation, I want you to understand how to have flawless beauty for good. This unusual tip is about your “stomach”, which is shorthand for your entire digestive system (basically all of the places in your body that your food goes when you eat it). Now the main role of your stomach is to break down everything you eat into smaller compounds that can be sent as fuel to the rest of your body.

Your stomach is critical for everything your body does, and it determines the health of your entire body. In other words, you are only as healthy as your stomach. For those of us who eat grains and processed foods, which is very common in American diets, we are actually causing damage to our stomach linings. Stomach irritation can be a very significant factor in dull, older looking skin.

Another sign of an unhealthy stomach can be the role of stomach bacteria. Not all bacteria is bad, in fact we need all kinds of good bacteria to help our body break down food, fight infections, and keep us healthy.
